We are looking to hire our first Tannery Apprentice.
This 1 year part-time apprenticeship kicks-off with training at The Institute for Creative Leather Technologies (ICLT) in Northampton in late September 2022. After completing this 12 week course learning all aspects of leather production, the candidate will be getting stuck into on-the-job training in our tannery near Oakham.
The Tannery Apprentice will be working closely with founder Jack on all aspects of our leather production - sourcing, tanning and finishing. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in other parts of the business.
This is a paid apprenticeship paying the national living wage. Supported by the Leathersellers’ Company Charitable Fund.
