At Billy Tannery we're extremely proud to collaborate with some of the UK's finest restaurants, hotels, bars and clubs. Our menu holders, aprons, placemats, bill presenters and coasters are found at ten of the UK's Michelin-starred restaurants from the newly-released list:

AKOKO
One of our first restaurant projects was with the newly starred Akoko, who create innovative and original dishes inspired by founder Aji Akokomi’s Nigerian heritage (Aji pictured here with Executive Chef Ayo Adeyemi). Aji got in touch with us ahead of Akoko's launch and we had the pleasure of producing bill presenters, menu covers and coasters to compliment their warm yet minimalist interiors.
Our menus and coasters also feature at sister restaurant Akara in Borough Yards.
BESPOKE RESTAURANT PROJECTS
Entering the Michelin guide with 2 stars is Brooklands by Claude Bosi. Situated on the rooftop of The Peninsula London, we provided a whole range of items for the restaurant (as well as their sister venue, Canton Blue) including bespoke order takers and leather wrapped boxes for storing cutlery.
We also created the iconic leather tortilla holders for KOL, the Mexican restaurant helmed by Chef Patron Santiago Lastra that retains its star this year.
LEATHER CHEF APRONS
One of our final projects of 2023 was a batch of aprons for the bar staff at the now two Michelin star Gymkhana. Our leather aprons can also be found at Silo, one of the first restaurants to be awarded the new Michelin Green Star a few years ago.
Leather aprons offer many advantages over cheap fabric options and over time represent fantastic value. Being made from quality leather means that they will last for many years without needing to be replaced and instead of expensive washing cycles they can simply be wiped down. Our goat and deer leather is also extremely light, so they are a dream to wear compared to traditonal cowhide aprons.
